A Taste of Torrance.

This morning I wanted to bodyboard
So we searched for a place that would be offshore
I started for Laguna but it was all blown out
So off we went to Torrance with a holler and a shout
My adrenaline was pumped as the beach got near
We saw three to five footers with a sky sunny clear
I quickly suited up, didn't want to be late
We had lost time in Laguna and it was already eight
I grabbed my board after I had donned my apparrel
Ran out to the ocean and found top to bottom barrels
I could hardly wait as I put on my fins
Took me a while to get out with the waves coming in
With a sponger's intuition I could definitely tell
It was a beautiful day with a perfect west wind swell
To finish it off, Saturday was low tide and no crowds
A Taste of Torrance
Is what bodyboarding's about.
